We sell an AI governance toolkit. It would be strange if we were careless with your data. Here is everything we collect and why — written the way we think privacy policies should be.
If you buy the Toolkit: your name, email address, and billing details, processed by Stripe (we never see or store your card number). If you take the free field test or join a list: your email address, with your express consent at the point you give it.
Delivering what you bought (the Toolkit and its updates), sending the emails you signed up for, and answering you when you write to us. That's the list.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't add you to lists you didn't ask for. Purchase emails include the 90-Day Update Feed you bought; it stops at day 90 unless you expressly opt in to continue.
Stripe (payments), Kit (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes only what's needed for its job, under its own privacy and security terms.
We operate under PIPEDA and, where applicable, Quebec's Law 25 and Alberta/BC PIPA. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and a human will handle it. Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, per CASL.
